What is a flex membership?

The “bite-size” version of our open workspace membership, with access to the open workspace 6 days per month and the ability to add on extra days.
What does a flex membership cost?

A flex membership costs only $80 per month with an annual commitment, or $100 per month for a month-to-month plan.
Why should I become a flex member?

If you love the idea of the open workspace but are worried you won’t use it frequently, the flex membership is just right for you!
What is the difference between the Flex, Open Workspace, and Dedicated Desk memberships?

Dedicated desks are for those who want to have an established “home base” on the floor that they call their own every day they come to work! Dedicated desks include lockable filing cabinets to stow away all your things when you leave, as well as 24/7 access to The Studio. Open workspace members are happy to grab an open spot during weekday business hours. Flex memberships are perfect for those who want access to open workspace, but know they won’t use it more than 1-2 days per week. It’s like a mini open workspace membership!
Do I have to sign up for an annual contract?

Our standard rates are based on annual commitments, but we are also happy to offer month-to-month rates as well!
