The role requires someone who can keep their positive energy during busy moments while keeping an eye on the details. You'll need a "can-do" attitude and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. From setting up basic event equipment to ensuring the space is spotless after an event, you'll wear many hats throughout your shift. You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of your responsibilities, and maintaining clear communication with fellow staff members during fast-paced evenings and weekends.

 

 

Job Title: On-Call Event Staff

We are seeking reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals to join our on-call event staff
team. Ideal candidates are comfortable in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging with
people. As part of our team, you will assist with various event needs, including setup, guest
assistance, and cleanup for evening and weekend events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in event setup and breakdown, including arranging seating, décor, and equipment.

• Greet and direct guests, providing exceptional customer service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event.

• Handle any tasks assigned to ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift moderate weights and stay on feet for extended periods.

• Flexibility with scheduling, as shifts are primarily evenings and weekends.

• Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Salary:
